At Jordan Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of uncut fabric and unopened kits within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unwashed, and uncut condition, and that your request is within the 30-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order details.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
